Return Policy
We want you to love your Habeas Commerce purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at habeascommerce@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is also required.
Please contact us before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps and the appropriate return address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Non-returnable items: Because many Habeas Commerce products are created specifically when an order is placed, certain made-to-order, personalized, or custom products may not be eligible for return due to buyer preference or change of mind. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us and we’ll be happy to help.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you may return the eligible item and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds: Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
European Union orders: Customers receiving merchandise in the European Union may have additional cancellation and return rights under applicable consumer-protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights provided by applicable law.
